Positive: Great location with a very relaxing atmosphere.

New house, equipped with everything you need Positive: Looks like on the pictures, beautiful pool and everything is new. The host was super responsive and always available Negative: The front door is not well isolated so when it was windy you could hear the door shaking all through the night. Its also a little isolated and this difficult to go anywhere without a car

Great stay in Tulum Positive: Great and safe location,the place was clean with all the amenities you need. Negative: The jacuzzi was dirty so it wasn't ideal to be used. Apart from that everything was excellent. And the property managers are very helpful for whatever you need.

Excelente lugar para parejas en Tulum Positive: El lugar está muy guapo, muy moderno y las instalaciones del edificio están muy buenas. Realmente cómodo para pareja, o dos parejas (incluso con niños pequeños que puedan dormir juntos en el sofá cama). Negative: Faltaba un poco de equipamiento en la cocina lo cual hubiera hecho más cómoda la estancia. Por mi parte no fue un problema pero es un lugar que básicamente puedes estar solamente si tienes un coche.

Schönes Apartement, leider mit Baulärm Positive: Ganz schönes Apartement, etwas lieblos eingerichtet. Vor allem der Rooftop Jacuzzi war absolut lieblos und total einsehbar Hosting war sehr schnell und gut! Auch der eigene Parkplatz prima. Super Waschmaschine und Trockner. Pools ganz nett in tropischem Garten. Negative: Direkt daneben ist eine riesige Baustelle mit viel Lärm. Die Mexikaner arbeiten auch Sonntags und 2x bis abends 21h. Damit konnten wir den Jacuzzi und die Dachterrasse nicht nutzen. Alle Bauarbeiter haben auf die Terrasse geschaut. Das Bauobjekt ist auch viel höher, so dass später alle dort wohnenden "reinschauen". Nur 1 Geschirrtuch, kein Schneidebrett. Zum kochen zu wenig Geschirr. Die ganze Gegend ist Baugebiet und Strand und Zentrum nur mit Auto oder Roller zu erreichen.
