Condominio Gulliver: accesso gratuito al beach club e biciclette

Gulliver Condo Review Positive: The area where the condo was located was central to eating establishments and the beach. Quiet. Clean. The access to Maxanab was great. Staff there was amazing. Negative: The condo needs more kitchen utensils. Forks, knives, spoons, pots and pans. Condo should come equipped with those basic items needed to cook if using as long term rental. A water service if the water is not drinkable from the faucet. More than 4 towels and 2 washcloths per room. Additional pillows and blankets. The glass doors in the unit didn't close tight allowing bugs to get into the unit.

Well equipped apartment with a nice pool Positive: The apartment is big enough, really well equipped. The pool was cool even for swimming in the rain :) The whole building is quiet. Not many people live there. - it is probably mostly rented to tourists. There is a security guy 24/7 opening the restraining bar for your car. There are 2 bikes but we never used them Negative: The location is a bit further from the town centre. Not that close to walk there on your own - it is better to use a car.

Alojamiento amplio y limpio. Positive: Espacioso, gran equipamiento y calidad. Contacto muy fluido a través del whatsapp. El club de playa familiar que recomiendan estaba muy bien. Negative: Dificultad para llegar caminando a puntos de interés.

Nice condo with free parking and pool Positive: Nice appartement, spacy, convenient, good bed, presence of a washing machine and dryer, pleasant swimming pool, free parking, quiet building, decent neighborhood, good security guard at the gate. No complaints about the condo at all. We were satisfied. Negative: Use of beach club wasn't free (minimum mandatory spending amount of 500 pesos) and reservations had to be made 24h in advance, while maximum 15 minutes lateness was tolerated). The location: 30 minute walk from Tulum town center and you had to use the car to go to the beach. This is not condo related, but Tulum was 1 big disappointment. The whole town is grossly overpriced, completely car-based, and lacked overall charm, hard to find public beach access,.... But that's my personal opinion. I didn't like the overall vibe in Tulum, which felt like a weird Ibiza replica, but which couldn't be further apart from the real Ibiza. I think it used to be a nice place but mass tourism has done significant damage.
