Positive: Bel appartement, tout confort, possibilite de laver et secher le linge
Negative: Appartement en sous sol, tres humide avec odeur, il y a un purificateur d air

Great looking, humid and bad smelling
Positive: The apartment looks fantastic and is well-decorated. The area is okay. On paper, there is nothing terrible about the place. However, the actual name on Google Maps is Focus Tulum.
Negative: The place smells a lot like sewers and is very humid inside.
When I left, I had to wash even the clothes I didn't wear because they smelled like a latrine.
The keyless door wasn't working at all, so we had to survive with 1only one key and three guests. They said they would have fixed the door but never did. There were some other minor issues
